Modus Personnel are a recruitment agency based in Sandbach, Cheshire. We are looking for a Sales Executive to come on board and assist with the growth of the business by expanding our current client base.
Modus Personnel aims to be the go-to agency in the northwest and understand, that in order to achieve this, we must invest in our staff, our business and our vision and that all stems for each and every hire, so we only pick the best!
What your day to day will look like:
All things sales!
This could vary from;
- Conducting Sales Calls to attract new business from companies actively recruiting in sectors our consultants specialise in.
- Set up and attend client meetings to promote our services and explain why Modus is the go-to recruitment agency.
- Maintain client relationships and expand where possible.
- Work alongside our consultants in order to identify relevant sales opportunities in the right sectors.
- Updating the CRM with sales activity and keeping on top of your admin.
- Delivering sales presentations / meetings to prospective clients (you wont be alone, one of our consultants will come along for the ride to explain the recruitment process and provide that much needed insight).
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service.
- Market research to identify future opportunities.
What our ideal candidate looks like:
Youll need to have a strong background in sales,this doesnt however need to be in the recruitment industry as we can bring you up to speed on this.
In addition youll need to have;
- Strong communication skills.
- Be a Self-motivated
- Very Ambitious and driven
- Have the ability to work off both your own initiative and as a team.
What were offering:
Pay:
£30,000 - £35,000 basic salary with a competitive commission structure on top. 5% commission for every candidate placed in a role that you bring on! Providing an OTE of up to £70,000 in your first year!
Note, unlike most agencies, our commission structure has no minimum target that needs to be hit and has no limit, so youll start earning commission from the very first £1 you make until the last!
Hours:
Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 5:00 PM.
We offer a flexible working environment so if you want to start a little later and finish a little later or visa versa to suit your life then you can! then you can!
We also finish half a day every Friday as an incentive so say goodbye to Friday afternoons!
28 days holiday (including bank holidays) + your birthday off paid!
