What you'll be doing:

  • Utilising manual machines such as Lathes, Milling, and Honing machines to refurbish old or damaged parts and manufacture new parts
  • Planning and executing jobs through various stages, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in all aspects of the role, including working to tight tolerances, bench work, and assessing old parts before re-manufacturing
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and measuring equipment such as Calipers, Verniers, Micrometres, Gauges, etc.
