Wer are looking for an experienced HR Operation Manager for an initial 3 month contract based in Sandbach, Cheshire.

Rate: £44.50 per hour (inside IR35 via an umbrella company)

Location: Sandbach, Cheshire

Tenture: 3 months

This HR Operations Manager will lead and manage the HR Operations team,focusing on the delivery of the Workforce Strategy to ensure that the Council client and Schools have the right people with the right capabilities, skills and attitudes in the right place at the right time.

Key experience/Skills Required:

  • Lead the delivery of operational HR support to those schools that buy back the HR Schools’ Consultancy service.
  • Provide strategic HR operational advice to the Council and school leadership teams in order to meet their strategic priorities.
  • Member of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD)
  • Significant post qualification experience of working in human resources, demonstrating in depth knowledge of HR policies, trade unions relations and applying employment law.
  • Provide guidance and support on organisational change, including service re-design, restructuring and senior recruitment.
  • Lead on the development of service workforce plans and the delivery of operational action plans that address identified issues and shortfalls in performance and capacity.
  • Continually develop partnership and joint working arrangements, including conducting baseline assessments and audits, to improve service delivery and realise financial savings.
