Macildowie is looking for a Property Assistance Administrator to join a legal company in Sandbach and deliver an efficient cost effective service to the clients of the firm. This role is perfect for someone looking to grow their career in a supportive and growing company while contributing to the success of a commercial property team.

This is a permanent, full-time position.

Salary: £24,000+

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Comply with the Office Manual and Departmental Manuals
  • Maintain professional standards throughout all client interactions
  • Assist in maintaining a caseload of client matters
  • Process client matters timely and cost-effectively
  • Help maintain effective financial controls on all client matters
  • Produce standard and complex documentation with high accuracy under limited supervision
  • Assist with billing according to client care letters and firm guidelines
  • Identify and report opportunities to cross-sell the firm's services
  • Comply with training requirements
  • Ensure the database is accurate for all current clients and matters under your control

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain professional standards and confidentiality
  • Proficient in documentation production and processing client matters
  • Previous experience in a legal or property administration role is advantageous
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within the role
