£40,000 - £47,000 + Training + Progression + Van + Tech Package + Monday to Friday + Days Only

Are you a Service Engineer from a Mechanical, Plant or Ex-Forces background, looking for full training to enter the Agricultural industry, with a growing SME which will fully invest in your development, with a company van for personal use, tech package and great progression opportunities?

Do you want the opportunity to receive specialist manufacturer training on agricultural machinery, including some trips away where you'll develop your skills further?

The company are a small but mighty firm, selling more equipment than any other company in the area. They are known for how they value their employees, believing that looking after them is the most effective way to run a successful business. They are seeing continued success due to this ethos, with new sites in the works.

You will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a range of agricultural machinery on site and in the workshop, including tractors, loadalls and other plant equipment. Full training on New Holland and Kramer equipment will be provided, allowing you to expand your skillset.

This role would suit a Mechanical Service Engineer looking to develop gain experience in the agricultural field and join a growing company which offers great training and progression opportunities.

The role:

  • Service and repair on new and used machinery
  • Mixture of workshop and field based work
  • Covering the Cheshire, Staffordshire, Derbyshire, and Shropshire areas
  • Full Agricultural industry training provided
