YOUR NEW ROLE;
As an administrator you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Sales team, contributing to the depot’s objectives. This is a busy role, with repetitive tasks, however, this could become a permanent position in the future.
- To log & verify incoming shipping information from subcontractors verifying the following information
- Checking times claimed against proof of delivery
- Check that the subcontractor has adhered to the delivery window
- Raise Purchase orders / receipt and scan into document management for 3PL claims
- To inform credit control via daily email of charges that have been verified to enable recovery of charges form customers.
- To check that all reported issues have been actioned producing a monthly report for the office manager outlining demurrage recovered / not recovered
- High volumes of data entry & scanning of information, so attention to detail is key
- Check that the customer delivery window has been met
- Check times claimed against Transend / proof of delivery
- Reconcile from driver timesheets
- Raise invoices
YOUR NEW COMPANY
My client is an extremely well established Sandbach based company, with sites across the UK. You will support a small team of five and report into the Office Manager. You will need a good knowledge of word & basic excel formulas, be confident and hardworking and you must be available to start immediately.
