You will be responsible for supporting customers in building and implementing automation projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.Key Responsibilities:* Collaborate with clients to understand their automation needs and propose effective solutions.* Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using tools like Blueprism and other AI-powered platforms.* Provide technical support and troubleshooting throughout the automation project lifecycle.* Continuously enhance and optimize automation solutions based on client feedback and evolving requirements.* Document processes, maintain best practices, and ensure knowledge transfer to clients.* Participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest automation tools and technologies.
Requirements:* Strong interest in Automation and AI technologies.* IT Background or recent graduate from a Computing or related degree * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with clients.* Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow.* Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
