Sales Executive – Finchampstead – Up to £32k basic + uncapped commission
**Year 1 OTE – £40k, Year 2 OTE – £55k

We are currently working with a successful business in the landscaping services industry. Due to growth, they are looking for a proactive, energetic, and ambitious Sales Executive/Business Development Manager to join their team.

The successful candidate will build a client base from scratch, through cold calling and social media channels. Once you have closed business, you will account manage and retain those clients, benefiting from recurring revenue!

There is a clear career progression plan in place, with the opportunity to inherit a large customer base in 6 months, leading to a higher salary and commission.

All you need is some sales experience! We will consider candidates with B2C or B2B backgrounds—call centres, events, estate agencies, car sales, travel sales, recruitment, lead generation, telemarketing, and other telesales roles.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Create, develop, and deliver a sales strategy
  • Proactively generate leads through cold calling, social media, and CRM-lapsed clients
  • Visit clients that fit the target profile
  • Account manage clients to ensure retention
  • Manage pricing and sample requirements for customers

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous sales experience
  • Self-motivated and resilient
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritise as required
  • Able to work on your own initiative to meet and exceed targets
