This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated clinician to join a high-performing practice with a strong focus on NHS-to-private conversion and Invisalign. With an inherited patient list, excellent private earning potential, and access to a vast referral network, this role is perfect for a dentist looking to maximise both NHS and private income while enjoying clinical freedom and ongoing professional development.
About the Position:
- Full-Time/Part-Time – 3-5 days per week (flexible)
- One Saturday per month required – Private-only, half-day session
- £14 per UDA- 900-1,000 UDAs per working day per annum
- 45% split on Private work completed
- Stable, inherited patient list from a relocating Dentist – strong oral health
- Invisalign Experience Essential – Significant demand in practice!
- Primary role focus on NHS-to-Private Conversion
- Confident Itero Scanner use preferred – Ethical upselling opportunities for Invisalign & other treatments
- Special interest Dentistry encouraged! – utilise all skillsets within clinic
- Available to start in late May 2025
