Job Title: Quality Technologist
Location: South Hampshire
Hours: 37.5, Mon - Fri

Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee and maintain product specifications
- Liaising with NPD, conducting product risk assessment
- Product compliance to internal and external standards, keeping up to date with any changes in food safety legislation.
- Artwork and labelling checks including nutritional information and allergen management.
- Handling customer complaints, making suggestions for continuous improvement.
The Candidate:
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team
- Minimum of HACCP Level 2/Food Safety Level 2
- Knowledge of BRC standards is advantageous
- Knowledge of using different customer portals.
