Class 1 HGV/Hiab Driver
Location: Sandtoft, DN8 5SX
Salary: £46,000 per annum plus regular overtime (Anything up to 60hours per week at time and half, £40 overnight payment+ £20 parking as and when required)
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 6-7am start, unless work schedule dictates otherwise

The Role
- Travelling to various sites nationwide, delivering/moving their fleet of portable accommodation units.
- This may involve double stacking of units and occasionally carrying wide loads.
- Ensure you adhere to all current Drivers Hours/Working Time Directive Rules.
- Ensure the company vehicle is kept well maintained, clean and tidy.
- Ensure a pre-use daily walk round check is carried out and defects are reported and logged, as per company procedure.
- Comply with both the company’s and customers Health and Safety Procedures.
- Occasional other duties required.
Skills and Qualifications
- HGV Class 1 Clean Driving Licence.
- Current Hiab Certificate, ALLMI or equivalent.
- Driver CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Experience of lifting welfare / portable buildings
- Hard working ethic and ability to work on own initiative but also within a close working team.
- IPAF Desirable.
