Job Description:

Seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join our Client's team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their office and supporting their accountants with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Credit control and raising invoices for work completed.
  • Anti Money Laundering checks.
  • Confirmation statements.
  • Onboarding new clients, including incorporations and registrations.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
  • Maintaining and updating client records and databases.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an accountancy or financial services environment.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
