Role Summary:

Our Client are in search of a detail-oriented and highly organised Administrator to join their team in Sandwich. This position involves offering crucial administrative assistance to the admin department, engaging with clients, and managing their internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the admin team.
  • Communicate with clients and companies via phone and email.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts and Sales departments.
  • Assist Account Managers with paperwork preparation and follow-up.
  • Maintain and update company systems.
  • Support other departments as needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Problem-solving and adaptability within the role.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience in administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
