About the Role

This role involves providing essential QA support to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and maintaining the Quality Management System. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you’ll contribute to the smooth operation of quality assurance processes across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Quality Management: Maintain and develop the Quality Management System, including policies, SOPs, and forms.
  • Documentation Review: Approve pre-production and post-production documentation, analytical worksheets, and batch records.
  • Compliance: Conduct internal audits, investigate quality-related issues, and ensure adherence to GMP guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Assist with product reviews, deviations, CAPAs, and external audits.
  • Training: Manage and develop the company training matrix and provide regular compliance updates.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support production and QA departments, ensuring quality agreements and documentation are up to date.
