- Experience in managing or working in a children’s home environment.
- Strong understanding of the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted requirements.
- Leadership skills to guide and motivate your team.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage safeguarding issues confidently.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A passion for working with vulnerable children, particularly asylum-seeking children.
