Project Manager in Engineering

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage key projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. This role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning and coordination to execution and completion, while ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver projects effectively.
- Define project scope, objectives, and feasibility, engaging all stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Coordinate internal resources and external suppliers to support project execution.
- Track project performance, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present reports on project status, budget, and quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Support bids and proposals by providing market insights and technical understanding.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Project Management, ideally within engineering or technical fields.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE II) is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent organisational skills.
- Experience with risk identification, mitigation, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and project management tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
