The Job

Requirements
• Proven experience as a cook or relevant role
• Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook a variety of meals following a menu and dietary guidelines
• Ensure all food is prepared to high standards of quality and hygiene
• Manage food stock and place orders as needed
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and serving staff
• Adapt to dietary requirements and preferences of our diverse clientele
• Assist in planning and developing new menu items
