Production Operator

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our team. This role involves the coordination of daily manufacturing activities, ensuring that all production processes are carried out efficiently and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The position requires working within a controlled production environment, operating and maintaining process equipment, and contributing to the production of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing process equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
  • Follow strict documentation procedures to maintain accuracy and quality.
  • Identify and report any processing deviations.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance of production equipment.
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to maintain high production standards.
  • Perform thorough cleaning of the working environment and equipment.
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working order before use.
  • Manage stock levels of production materials and oversee safe storage of solvents.
  • Accept and process deliveries as required.
  • Complete and update production documentation, logbooks, and reports.
  • Participate in Health & Safety initiatives and report hazards or risks.
  • Carry out tasks as assigned by the Production Team Leads and Managers.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or laboratory environment is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
  • Ability to follow strict operational and safety procedures.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills for documentation and reporting.
  • Willingness to work in a structured and regulated environment.
