Mechanical / Electro Mechanical Assembler
Location: Sandwich
Job Purpose:
Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components based on engineering drawings and instructions, ensuring high-quality standards and safety compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Safely complete tasks following health and safety policies.
- Use hand/bench tools effectively.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and instructions.
- Maintain quality throughout all assembly tasks.
- Follow instructions from the Line Manager and team.
- Work independently or as part of a team.
- Conduct supplier/customer visits (requires a valid driver's license and passport).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education in English, Maths, and a science subject.
- Experience in mechanical/electro-mechanical assembly.
- ESD experience preferred but not essential.
- Skilled in using hand tools, including torque drivers.
Skills:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and maintain quality standards.
