We are working with an established manufacturer in the Ramsgate area who are looking for a Stores Operative to join their team on a permanent basis, in office.

You will play a crucial role in the operations, ensuring the smooth handling of goods and materials.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handling good in activities, including receipting, counting, and ERP data entry.
- Maintaining the warehouse, managing stock movements and control using the ERP system.
- Allocating stock and kitting components into Work Packages.
- Ensuring traceability of goods and materials.
- Preparing materials for shipping and receiving goods after external processing.
- Packing goods for dispatch according to industry standards or customer requirements.
- Booking couriers and dispatching goods, ensuring Export Compliance rules are followed.
- Performing general maintenance activities.
- Driving details as required.
- Any additional tasks as required by the line management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Forklift License (Preferable but not essential)
- English and Maths, GCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent)
- Previous warehouse experience (not essential)
Skills & Abilities:
- Effective written and oral communication.
- Computer Literate (MS Office Packages).
- Multi-Skilled.
- Good Communicator.
