Graduate Town Planner
Location: Kent (Sandwich)
Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a forward-thinking planning consultancy who is looking to recruit a Graduate Planner. This is an excellent role for someone passionate about shaping communities and enhancing urban environments, with a strong desire to learn from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the planning team with development proposals and planning applications
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and site assessments
- Conducting research on planning policies and local development plans
- Engaging with clients and stakeholders to support the planning process
- Assisting in the submission of applications and coordinating with local authorities
Skills & Qualifications:
- A degree in Town Planning, Urban Design, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Enthusiasm to develop your skills within a collaborative team environment
- A proactive, flexible attitude and the ability to think critically
