Due to team expansion we are looking for an experienced secretary to join our busy Conveyancing Team in Sandwich/Deal.
As a vital member of our firm, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our conveyancing department, ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of property transactions from instruction to completion.
The role includes (but is not limited to) the following:-
- Audio typing correspondence to include letters, legal forms and quotes.
- Managing emails, telephone calls and responding promptly to client enquiries.
- Undertake administrative duties such as printing, filing, photocopying.
- Ensuring client files are kept up to date.
- Arranging appointments.
- Work as part of a team with other secretarial colleagues, assisting with absence cover when required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Conveyancer Secretary is essential
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrate initiative.
- Handle all confidential information discreetly
