- Offer comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
- Schedule appointments and oversee calendar management
- Handle client inquiries efficiently
- Provide timely and professional responses to client questions
- Produce correspondence and legal documents through audio transcription
- Perform routine administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and file maintenance
- Answer calls and warmly welcome clients
- Collaborate with fee earners on case file management and other requested tasks
- Previous experience, ideally within personal injury or clinical negligence.
- Skilled in audio transcription and document preparation
- Strong organisational abilities and excellent communication skills
- A proactive team player with the ability to work well within a group
