- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners
- Manage appointments and coordinate calendars
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly
- Produce correspondence and legal documentation via audio transcription
- Handle routine administrative duties, including filing and photocopying
- Answer calls and greet clients warmly
- Assist fee earners with case file management and other related tasks
- Proven experience, ideally in personal injury or clinical negligence
- Proficiency in audio transcription and document production
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
