Job Title: Marketing Communications & Export Coordinator

Location: Sandwich, Kent

Duration: 9-12 month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £28,000

Environment: Open plan office, next to a newly built factory in 2019, free parking on site, staff canteen with free coffee.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4:45pm, Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Hybrid: Yes, the opportunity to work from home 1 day a week, once you're fully trained/passed your probationary period

As the Marketing Communications & Export Coordinatoryour responsibilities would be:

  • Managing the company's website, keeping it up to date with the latest information and engaging content.
  • Sending timely updates on social media platforms to promote the company brand and the activities of the sales team.
  • Keeping company presentation slides up to date with the latest information.
  • Maintaining brochures and data sheets, ensuring they are updated and available on the company website.
  • Managing marketing material and demo equipment to support the team effectively.
  • Handling all aspects of export control and licencing requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Providing expert advice on export control licencing and liaising with internal and external agencies to maintain compliance.
  • Networking both internally and externally to promote business growth while meeting export licence requirements.
  • Collaborating with operations to provide lead time estimates and production schedule updates to customers.
  • Logging and following up on new opportunities and inquiries received.

You'll be the perfect match for this position if you have:

  • A business or marketing degree or equivalent education.
  • Previous experience in marketing or export control is desirable.
