We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Care Administrator. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our clients daily operations and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. Our client are dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update customer data in the system.
- Ensure all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Process and manage customer queries and requests in a timely manner.
- Perform routine data entry tasks to ensure the integrity of customer records.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including maintaining Excel spreadsheets
- Perform repetitive but essential tasks to support the business's operational needs.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently while maintaining focus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in customer service administrative roles is essential

This is a temporary role for 4-5 months and offers 35 hours per week. Hours can be flexible. After 2-weeks site based training you will be able to work on a hybrid basis.
