Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, prioritising, and allocation of all relevant client payroll work within own and client's team.
  • Conduct payroll processing during peak times and delegate client work during periods of normal demand.
  • Review all payroll processing work of the team.
  • Supervise Seniors, Semi-Seniors and Assistants who are involved in processing of payroll.
  • Develop and build relationships internally for cross referral opportunities and to become a valued team member across the firm.

Experience

  • 5+ years in payroll processing

Desirables

  • Supervision experience
  • Accountancy/bureau background with high volume client based payroll experience
