The Role:

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for solving complex problems within the manufacturing process while assisting with administrative and planning tasks. You will ensure smooth operations by liaising across departments, managing work orders through the ERP system, and supporting high manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve reactive manufacturing process issues.
  • Lead and contribute to process improvement projects across the business.
  • Take a hands-on approach to manufacturing to enhance troubleshooting and process optimisation.
  • Support quality control activities and understand testing procedures.
  • Gain insights into research and development activities to support innovation.
  • Learn and perform FTIR analysis and other analytical procedures as required.

What we’re looking for:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with colleagues at all levels.
  • A natural leader who leads by example and motivates teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
  • Experience with CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software is ideal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, both daily and on project-based tasks.
