Location

Looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to effectively oversee and manage a flagship workshop which is based in the Northern Home Counties close to Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. Candidates must be commutable

Salary

HIGH Basic salary (TBC) to start plus a company pension scheme, car/vehicle, BUPA plan, illness cover and life assurance, loyalty bonus, 23 days holiday, child vouchers , laptop and mobile plus additional incentives.

Ideally you will have the following

The ideal candidate for this position would be time-served engineer that has some solid experience of team-management. You will hold at present (or have held in the past) a similar post in the industry and will therefore be experienced in all aspects of service, manufacturingand workshop issues. In addition you will also have had some exposure to after sales, product support parts and warranty, contracts etc and will possess strong sales/customer focused ability.

You must have the followingIt is imperative that you are from the earthmoving or related construction equipment industry and have held a related post in the past/currently.

It is essential that you are well presented, ambitious and self motivated.
