About the Role:As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support class teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Work with individual pupils or small groups to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Assist with classroom management and the preparation of learning materials.
- Provide encouragement and guidance to help pupils develop confidence and key skills.
- Gain hands-on experience and receive training to develop your skills as a Teaching Assistant.
- A passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- No previous experience required — just a willingness to learn!
- GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
