Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative based near Sandy for a well-established commercial company. Due to location, you must have access to your own transport.Summary of the Warehouse Operative role
Salary: CompetitiveLocation: Near Sandy, BedfordshireType of Contract: Temp to PermHours: 40 hours, Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Responsibilities of theWarehouse Operative
- Picking, packing, order processing and stock control.
- The role is physical and will require lifting and standing on feet/walking for long durations.
- Re-palletising and labelling.
- Receive and check goods in and returns.
- Preparation of goods for dispatch.
Requirements for a successful Warehouse Operative
- Counterbalance forklift licence.
- Experience working within a warehouse environment.
- Strong documentation skills and time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be physically fit due to the nature of the role and heavy lifting involved.
