Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Project Coordinator to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients who are a leading Manufacturer of the machinery they build, you will be working specifically with the electrical department.
Principle Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator :-
- Overseeing and maintaining the work schedule and resources
- Plan teams workload to help meet deadlines
- Communicate with the design, manufacturers and projects team
- Advise on potential delays and deadlines and adjust schedules to suit
- Attend business progress meetings
Person specification:-
- Resource planning experience
- Competenet with all Microsoft packages and willing to learn new systems
- Background for an engineering or electrical company would be a plus
- Highly organised
- Ability to communicate with other departments
This is a part time posistion as a Project Coordinator working 25 hours a week, offering an annual salary of 21,000.
