As a Service Advisor you will be friendly and professional and will be the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the dealership. The role is pivotal within the dealership network as it will drive the growth of the engineering departments ensuring they maximise customer accounts held whilst also delivering gold standard support to customers. The position will be the main interface between the customer and service department helping to oversee workshop workflow and schedule of service.

Reporting directly to the service manager you will be dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. This will involve dealing with all service enquiries by telephone, email and face-to-face; managing the allocation and handover of courtesy vehicles and liaising with workshop teams to ensure timely completion of customer vehicles.

There will also be significant responsibility for upselling of additional works, service plans and warranties. You will also be making calls out directly to customers to market service and parts sales using the CRM system. This will involve contacting them to prospect for service and parts as well as allocate work to technicians based on criticality of repair and available inhouse expertise.
