Our well established Property management company based in Sawbridgeworth is looking for a Maintenance & Inspections Coordinator to join there thriving business just outside of Harlow. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties whilst carrying out periodic inspections, therefore, they must be able to manage their own workload, be very organised and keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:

  • Overseeing a portfolio of Properties
  • Team meetings
  • Implement new procedures.
  • Have the ability to demonstrate a track record of managing rental properties including rent guarantee
  • Abiding by regulation/ legislation and processes surrounding Property Management
  • Experience within the housing sector may be beneficial
  • Must have the ability listen and mediate with existing tenants
  • Striving to exceed customer expectations.
  • Handling complaints and providing solutions
  • Maintaining policies and procedures in accordance with company policies
  • Ensuring compliance
  • handling all maintenance enquiries
  • Covering a large number of inspections, Check ins & Check outs.

The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:

  • Must have 2 years’ experience as a Property Manager / Maintenance Coordinator
  • Must have experience carrying inspections - Check ins & Check outs
  • The candidates must have intermediate computer literacy.
  • Experience of Property management software packages
  • Professional ARLA accreditation would be seen strong advantage but not essential.
  • Be able to manage their own workload
  • Full valid driving licence and own vehicle is essential

The hours will be:Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm working an occasional Saturday to cover holidaySalary range will be:between £25.000pa to £27.000pa depending on experience.
