Reed Business Support are now recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join our client in a period of growth. This is an opportunity to take over an existing / growing Customer Service team, Your primary duties include overseeing the team, setting team goals, monitoring progress, onboarding and training staff members.

This is an opportunity to join an established team as the Customer Service Manager. Reporting into the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the team, while also actively engaging in daily operations to ensure the best outcomes for customers.Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Keeping the customer service teams running smoothly to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Taking responsibility for departmental processes and liaising with management to implement continual improvements.
- Monitoring team performance and developing reporting procedures for senior management.
- Leading, coaching, and inspiring the customer service team.
- Analysing customer touchpoints to identify trends and find ways to enhance the customer experience.
