A founder led brand that has an award-winning range of salon quality luxury hair products supplying D2C and to retailers around the globe, the brand is growing and onboarding new retail partners, they also offer a fun and dynamic working environment for their team.
What will you do as an Operations Executive?
- Order processing and fulfilling orders for retailers via our UK/ European and USA warehouse. Overseeing daily order fulfilment activities, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping preparation.
- Arranging shipments to our overseas warehouses
- Liaising with our production facilities to ensure stock is maintained and ordered in on time.
- Liaising with warehousing and releasing B2C orders and ensuring a smooth and friendly service for our web customers.
- An understanding of compliance and regs for different regions
- Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, logistics management, and order fulfilment to meet operational goals.
- Reporting weekly on fulfilment and performance KPIs
What will you need as an operations executive?
- Beauty Industry experience ideally within operations
- Experience of managing order fulfilment ideally internationally
- Used to dealing with 3PL providers globally
- Experience using Shopify and Excel
