Site Manager – Bristol - Retail

 

This role is freelance for a 17 week retail project in Bristol covering the night shifts. You must be used to managing retail projects and be able to manage the whole team on the project to deliver an exceptional end product.

 

This position is starting at the end of July on a freelance basis and you must be available for the duration of the project on night shifts.

 

Site Manager Job Role:

  • Standard Site Manager duties
  • Keeping the store tidy and presentable ready for the day manager
  • Managing health and safety on site
  • Working with the site teams
  • Holding progress meetings
  • Reporting to your Contracts Manager
  • Working with the Senior Management Team
  • Ordering materials
  • Assessing progress and planning works

Site Manager Requirements:

  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work
  • Good positive attitude to work
  • Driven and motivated
  • Experience managing retail projects
  • Good knowledge of using IT software on site
  • Happy completing paperwork
  • Working night shifts 

 

This is an exciting 17 week project for someone to take on from inception and complete to a high standard. This Site Manager will need to be a retail management specialist and be focused and enthusiastic about what they do.
