This key leadership role is crucial as the company continues to grow through acquisitions and they need someone who can lead their Estate & Block Management department to new heights. Role Overview: As the Senior Estate & Block Management Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Estate & Block Management department, ensuring the highest standards of service across the portfolio. You will lead and mentor a team of estate and block managers, driving performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall running and managing of the department and duties will involve:
  • Organising/overseeing repairs / maintenance
  • Issuing Section 20 notices
  • Issuing LPE1's as and when required
  • Issuing budgets / service charge accounts
  • Debt collection
  • Client Relations
  • Seeking new business opportunities
Qualifications:- Previous experience in Block and Estate Management is essential as this is a senior role with a Directorship opportunity- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Experience with office operations and administrative duties.- Excellent data entry skills with high attention to detail.This role offers the opportunity to showcase your skills in property management while providing exceptional service to our clients.
