CCP is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their team, with a focus on supporting clients in hiring for contact centre operations across the UK.
The position offers a basic salary of £20,000 to £25,000, with potential earnings of £30,000 to £75,000 per annum after promotion to a Recruitment Partner role.
No prior recruitment experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided in a non-scripted, non-KPI driven environment.
Candidates should possess strong communication and IT skills, along with a self-motivated and outgoing personality.
The role is based in Sawbridgeworth and offers a Monday to Friday schedule with the possibility of flexible work-from-home arrangements after probation.

We don’t need someone with previous recruitment experience as we will train you to work in our non-scripted, non KPI driven environment where teamwork really does count.You'll learn the role of a Recruitment Partner by supporting the team with general administration, candidate registrations (by telephone and video) as well as candidate resourcing for your colleagues to support them with their searches. In time, once you have completed your training and are ready to progress, you'll be considered for promotion into the role of a Recruitment Partner. In this role you'd be responsible for managing key accounts and building your own relationships so that you can evolve into a fully-fledged recruiter. At CCP, a Recruitment Partner will earn £30,000 to £75,000 per annum (including commission and bonus payments). SALARY & LOCATION We are offering a basic salary of £20,000 to £25,000 (DOE) with additional performance related bonuses. The role is Monday to Friday and is based at our Sawbridgeworth office 5 days per week; after successfully passing probation, you'll be given flexibility to WFH on a Thursday.We operate a causal dress code every day, and there's free parking available at the office. REQUIRED Whilst we don’t need someone with specific experience, we're looking for great communication skills (telephone and written), strong IT skills, self-motivation, as well as an outgoing bubbly personality.For more information, please apply online.
