Sales Support – Office Assistant We have an exciting  Sales Support opportunity available at one of our lovely clients in Sawbridgeworth CM21  The candidate will take on the responsibility of Sales Support and manage the day to day running of the department. Customers service will be key as you will be our customers first point of contact. Assisting the Sales team with sales reports, updating price files, arranging samples and management of the office alongside the Operations Manager.  This is a full-time role based at our HO in Sawbridgeworth.Immediate start Office based - Sawbridgeworth CM21Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 17:30 Salary: £26,000 per annum21 days Holiday Allowance plus Bank HolidaysAdditional Holiday for your BirthdayCompany Pension Scheme  Key Duties & Responsibilities   
  • Reports for the sales team to assist with their targets
  • Updating customer information and price files on the company’s system
  • Customer service
  • Administrative work including filing, and preparing documents for the sales team’s customer meetings
  • Organising sample requests
  • Assisting the Operations Manager with the day to day running of the office
  • Ad-hoc secretarial duties, including running personal errands for management
  • Welcoming visitors, assisting with signing in and seating them in the waiting area
  • Organising refreshments for meetings
  • Covering the role of order processing when required
  • Weekly warehouse collections
  Skills   
  • A positive and upbeat attitude
  • Previous use of Microsoft Office & Excel would be a benefit
  • Works well under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A team player
  • Full training will be provided
  • Full Clean Drivers Licence
