We are seeking a highly motivated Principal Social Worker to join our dedicated team at our leading Parenting Assessment Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in safeguarding children and supporting families through a crucial stage in their lives.
About the Role:
As a Principal Social Worker, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive and complex parenting assessments, utilising a range of evidence-based frameworks.
  • Work collaboratively with families, children, and other professionals to gather information and develop robust reports.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to social workers in the assessment process.
  • Champion high-quality practice through supervision and mentoring colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective service delivery strategies.

Who You Are:

  • A qualified Social Worker (ASW) with a minimum of 5 years' experience in children and family social work.
