About the Role:
As a Principal Social Worker, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive and complex parenting assessments, utilising a range of evidence-based frameworks.
• Work collaboratively with families, children, and other professionals to gather information and develop robust reports.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to social workers in the assessment process.
• Champion high-quality practice through supervision and mentoring colleagues.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of effective service delivery strategies.
• Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives.

This role offers a clear pathway to management. With your experience and dedication, you will have the opportunity to progress to the position of Centre Manager.
Who You Are:

• A qualified Social Worker (ASW) with a minimum of 5 years' experience in children and family social work.
• Proven expertise in conducting high-quality parenting assessments.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• A commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a diverse caseload.
