Candidates must have experience working for a small to medium-sized main contractor on similar projects.
The salary for this position is circa £60,000 to £70,000, negotiable based on experience.

SENIOR SITE MANAGER - HEALTHCARE REFURBISHMENT PROJECT

A growing Essex based main contractor are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager for a new upcoming project. The role will be number one on site reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager.

The Senior Site Manager will be leading a 10m fit out/ refurbishment project from start to finish.

Experience required working for a small to medium sized main contractor on similar sized projects. Refurb/ fit out experience essential.

Salary circa 60-70k (negotiable).
