Xpert Resourcing has been appointed to recruit for a key business within the manufacturing industry to facilitate their ever-growing operation.
Our client, who are a global manufacturing company are looking to for a Maintenance Technician to join their busy factory on a permanent basis near Sawston.
Duties:
- Carry out maintenance tasks, both mechanical and electrical, identify and rectify faults, perform repairs, and handle installations related to production machinery and services.
- Conduct testing and upkeep of on-site safety systems to ensure adherence to pressure and safety rules and regulations.
- Ensure continuous supply of utility services to the site.
- Communicate with the maintenance team leader and colleagues at all levels to provide updates on maintenance tasks.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment
- Knowledge of Maintenance Management systems
- Familiarity with specialised safety aspects such as DSEAR / ATEX and Pressure Systems.
Working Hours/Pay:
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday – Friday, hours to be discussed, depending on availability
