Primary Supply Teacher - Part Time
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Due to increasingly high demand, Simply Education is recruiting for a Primary Supply Teacher to work in schools in the local area. This flexible role is perfect for qualified teachers seeking a better work-life balance, with no planning or marking requirements. All work is prepared in advance by the original class teacher, and provided for you to lead the class in their absence.
We are keen to speak with Primary Teachers who specialise in either EYFS/KS1, or KS2.
Role Overview:
- Day-to-day supply teaching across KS1 and KS2
- Fully flexible scheduling to match your availability (work as little or as often as you would like)
- All planning and resources provided by the schools
- Opportunity to work in various local primary settings
- Choose your working days and preferred locations
We're Particularly Interested in Speaking with:
- KS1 specialists with experience in early years development and phonics
- KS2 specialists with strong core subject knowledge
- Teachers who can confidently cover both key stages (not essential)
- Recently retired teachers looking to maintain connection with teaching
- Returning teachers seeking flexible work arrangements
- Early Career Teachers looking to gain exposure, experience or their first long-term role!
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Recent primary teaching experience
- Strong classroom management skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- Own transport preferred
