NXTGEN are working with a leading manufacturing business in Suffolk to recruit a Site Finance Manager. As Site Finance Manager, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, partnering closely with senior leadership and operational teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a Site Finance Manager to provide manufacturing-focused financial support, ensuring cost efficiency, budget accuracy, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cost analysis and oversee the creation of the manufacturing budget and costings.
  • Manage key financial reporting across daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
  • Oversee inventory analysis, cycle counting, physical inventory, fixed assets, and E&O management.
  • Drive cost reduction and productivity initiatives, tracking and validating monthly cost savings.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing financial insight and support.
  • Continuously improve financial processes and IT systems in line with European business strategy and KPIs.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified CIMA accountant or Part qualified and have Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with strong financial analysis skills.
