NJR are currently working with a well established firm of Independent Financial Advisers who are now looking to expand by recruiting a pro-active and ambitious Trainee Paraplanner or Financial Planning Administrator to join their growing team based on the outskirts of Scarborough.

Working from their office, this role will work directly for an Independent Financial Planner who advises their clients on a variety of Pensions, Investments and other financial products. You will be providing direct administration support in a demanding environment but the role will be varied and offer ongoing training and development with support for CII qualifications if desired.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting Product Research
  • Producing Suitability Reports using templates
  • Assisting administrators where needed
  • Attending client meetings occasionally
  • Liaising with clients and Financial Advisers

Requirements include:

  • Experience working in a similar role within Financial Planning
  • Someone flexible and open minded
  • Someone with initiative and drive to produce new ideas
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a small team
  • Able to work autonomously
