We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Administrator to join our clients team in Scarborough, for a temporary position lasting three weeks. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced office setting while contributing to the smooth operation of our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to various departments, ensuring efficient operations.Manage and organise files and documents, both electronic and paper-based.Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.Respond to inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.Prepare reports and presentations as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.Assist with data entry and maintain databases.Support team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in an administrative role is desirable but not essential.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
