What the Accounts Assistant job involves

  • Sending out sales invoices and reconciling the sales ledger monthly using Sage 50.
  • Processing and credits where necessary. 
  • Supporting with the month end process, allocating payments and making sure accruals are in place.
  • Creating monthly reports on excel for the heads of department and senior leadership team.
  • Completing all compliance documents for each customer. 

Skills required

  • Previous experience from a Sales Ledger / Accounts Assistant role
  • Experience of using Sage 50 and Excel
  • Self managed with a good attention to detail

Other information

  • Full time working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
  • Car parking is available and easily accessible on public transport
  • Temporary up to 12 weeks approximately.
