Temporary Facilities Administrator

Due to internal movement, our client is looking for a temporary Facilities Administrator to support their Maintenance and Facilities team on an ongoing basis at the moment. 

What the administrator job involves

• Managing a busy inbox with maintenance requests coming through
• Arranging for the facilities team to go out to multiple sites to see the work that needs to be completed
• Requesting Purchase Orders for each job, arranging timescales for work to be completed, and the cost of the job
• Checking the job has been completed and to the correct standard
• Matching the invoice to the purchase order

Skills required

• Good communication both written and verbal
• Highly organised and able to manage a busy workload. 
• Computer literate with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel. 

Other information

• This could be a full or part time job depending on the candidate
• Car parking is available
• Working in a small and friendly team
