We have an amazing opportunity for you to work with one of our prestigious financial clients, Lloyds Banking Group.

Location: Edinburgh, Citymark 150 Fountainbridge Office
Division: Investment, Pensions & Insurance (IP&I)
Contract: Temporary
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am and 6pm)
Pay Rate: 13.49 per hour
Work Style: Hybrid (at least two days per week in the office after training)
Training: Comprehensive 6-8 week training program at our modern Edinburgh city centre office

About the Role:

Based in our Health Claims or Protection support team, you'll handle complex enquiries and perform essential administrative tasks.

* Provide critical services, ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
* Act with skill and diligence, treating customers sensitively and helping them move forward with their futures.

* Identify and suggest improvements to enhance customer journeys and experiences.
